If you love olive oil so much that you're ready to drink it instead of coffee, this recipe is for you. Minimal fuss, maximum flavor, and so much oil that even Italians will say,   “Mamma mia!”

Girls, cook this dish for a guy and he will forget what his ex-girlfriend's name is and his mom will start texting you on WhatsApp 'Daughter'.

Guys, if you fry these prawns, the girl won't just stay the night - she'll start researching mortgage rates to buy you a place together.

  Gambas al Ajillo.

Ready in 15 minutes, eaten in 5 seconds.

 Ingredients:

 500g large shrimp (peeled)

6-7 cloves of garlic (a lot is good!)

150 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil (yes, that much)

1 tsp chili flakes (to taste)

Salt, pepper

Fresh baguette (to soak up the oil, otherwise what's the point?)

Parsley (optional, but let's not get twisted)

How to cook:

Chop garlic into thin slices. If you don't like peeling garlic - congratulations, you've found your personalized hell.

Pour an absurd amount of olive oil into a skillet, throw in the garlic and chili. Over medium heat, fry until golden (don't sleep or it will be bitter).

Add the shrimp. Fry for 2 minutes on one side, flip, fry for another 2 minutes. The main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise you will get rubber covers instead of tender sea happiness.

Salt, pepper, turn off the fire and sprinkle parsley on top (if you dare).

We take a baguette, dip it in hot garlic butter, and realize why we even exist.

How to eat?

By unashamedly dipping the baguette into the oil with your hands, licking your fingers, and wondering why people even put oil in salads when you can just eat it with a spoon with shrimp.

Bonus:

If there's a drop of oil left (which is unlikely), don't pour it out! Fry eggs in it for breakfast and you'll start the day like you're living on the Spanish coast.

Are you ready? Then pour in the oil, heat up the skillet, and forget about counting calories.
