Product Description

Fence posts with PVC coating are manufactured by additional processing of hot-dip galvanized posts with a base plate. The coating can be in various colors according to the RAL catalog, with the most commonly used being:

• Green (RAL 6005)
• Grey (RAL 9006)

The PVC coating not only improves the appearance but also provides additional protection against weather conditions, moisture, and corrosion. It is especially suitable for environments with high humidity or proximity to coastal areas.

Installation and Structure

The posts are designed for easy installation thanks to the base plate with pre-drilled holes for anchoring to a concrete foundation.

In case there is no foundation:

• The posts can be extended by at least 30 cm
• Reinforcement bars (“whiskers”) are added for direct concreting

The cross-section can be:

• Rectangular

Compatibility with Fence Systems

The choice of post depends on the type of fence:

• For fence panels – 50x50 mm posts
• For mesh rolls – Ø48 mm pipe posts
