Cold Asphalt 25 kg from Smart Metal Group is a high-performance road construction mixture designed for emergency and permanent repairs of asphalt and concrete pavements. The product is manufactured according to the climatic conditions in Bulgaria using stone fractions from the "Balsha" quarry.

Unlike standard cold mixtures on the market, this asphalt is made with modified bitumen rather than bitumen emulsion. This guarantees excellent performance at low temperatures and durability over time. The bitumen is stabilized with diesel or kerosene, which prevents the mixture from freezing or breaking down.

Application Instructions

Prepare the base: Clean and dry the area from dust, mud, ice, water, and loose particles.
Pour the mixture: Pour directly from the bag into the hole. Pour 1–2 cm above the surface level.
Compact: Use a tamper, vibrating plate, or by driving over it with a car.
Finish: Sprinkle with sand, cement, or stone dust for better sealing and a finished look.
For thicknesses over 5 cm: Apply in layers with compaction between them.
