DOUBLE BENDER SYNCLONE 45S

SYNCLONE 45S is designed for customer requirements and aims to reduce costs and increase productivity in rebar and precast factories. The SYNCLONE is a double bending servo controller and can bend up to 42mm (#14) rebar.

SYNCLONE has a user-friendly software program and allows for less manpower to maximize the number of bends required. It also reduces user errors by supporting software programming. Programming is also very user friendly and the operator has a quick option for bending angles and tool selection.

• Fully automatic digital control panel allows fast operation and fast bending results.

• The minimum distance between two bending machines is 1 meter, but with the help of bending tools it can be narrower.
