Galvanized Post 60x40 H-2.50m without base plate + cap /RAL 6005/

The galvanized post is a metal column with a protective zinc coating that provides excellent resistance against corrosion and external conditions. Fence posts with PVC coating are produced by further processing hot-dip galvanized posts, applying a colored coating according to the RAL catalog.

This coating not only protects against weather conditions but also significantly improves the appearance. They are especially suitable for use in high humidity or near coastal areas. The most preferred colors are green (RAL 6005) and gray (RAL 9006).

Installation is easy and convenient. When a concrete base is available, the posts can be directly anchored. In the absence of a foundation, they are extended by at least 30 cm and reinforced with rebar “anchors” for direct concreting into the ground.

Compatibility and Installation

The posts can have different cross-sections – round, square or rectangular, depending on the selected fencing system. For fence panels, 50x50 mm profiles are most commonly used, while for mesh rolls, tubular posts Ø48 are recommended.

The fence is installed using clamps or galvanized PVC-coated wire, ensuring stability and durability.
