The machine is intended for cold bending of reinforcing bars of reinforced concrete structures in workshops of factories and on construction sites under shelter in temperate climates. The drive of the working organs of the machine (bending disk with mounted on it bending and central fingers) is carried out by the electric motor through a mechanical transmission. The process of bending the reinforcement takes place around the central pin (with or without a roller mounted on it) as the bending pin moves along the outer surface of the reinforcement resting on the thrust pin. The control of the drive of the working bodies (engagement, reverse and braking) is provided by electrical equipment. The machine allows you to set up to six bending programs. The work cycles are discrete, each cycle consists of the following operations; turn on the limit switch with the foot pedal and turn the bending disc to a certain angle, turn on the reverse limit switch with the reverse cam and return the bending disc to its original position, stop the machine when the stop cam turns on the stop switch. Thus, operator intervention is required when pressing the pedal, the rest of the duty cycle is provided automatically by the machine. The design of the fixture for bending reinforcement provides the possibility of simultaneous bending of several bars (their number depends on the diameter).
