Edge trimming machine 25S

The machine can bevel a plate up to 40 mm thick with a width of 12 mm, on a plate with a strength of 40 kg/mm2. Engine speed is 10 rpm.

The GMS 25S beveling device is designed for cutting both single-sided and double-sided edges of carbon and stainless steel sheet materials, as well as aluminum and its welding alloys. The cutting tool used in milling and edging is a face mill. Edge processing is done by counter milling. The expected wear of the cutting inserts is obtained approximately after machining 150 running meters of surface. In most cases, the entire crumb is processed in one pass. When working with a bevel knife (edge trimmer), no pretreatment of the surface after the gas knife is usually required.
