Cold Asphalt 25 kg by Smart Metal Group is a high-performance road repair mix designed for urgent and long-lasting repairs of asphalt and concrete surfaces. The product is adapted to Bulgaria’s climate and produced using high-quality stone fractions from the "Balsha" quarry.

Unlike standard cold mixes on the market, this asphalt is made with modified bitumen instead of bitumen emulsion. This ensures excellent performance at low temperatures and long-term durability. The binder is stabilized with diesel or kerosene, preventing freezing and degradation of the material.

Installation Instructions

Prepare the base: clean and dry the area from dust, dirt, ice, water, and loose materials.
Pour the mix: apply the asphalt directly from the bag into the pothole or repair area, filling 1–2 cm above surface level.
Compact: use a tamper, plate compactor, or pass over with a vehicle.
Finish: sprinkle dry sand, cement, or stone powder to seal and level the surface.
For layers over 5 cm: apply and compact in multiple stages.
