The machine "MIORA" is designed for straightening, measuring and cutting to size of rods of reinforcing iron. It can straighten and cut rebar bars by means of a receiving device up to 12 meters long. The cycle of the individual operations is fully automated. The straightening and cutting machine is equipped with a counting system that switches it off when the preset number of bars is reached. Depending on the needs, it is possible to produce different models with electronic or mechanical rod sizing. Straightening is achieved by using a rotor group consisting of metal-ceramic bushings, chosen for their extreme wear resistance. Their position and pitch can be adjusted according to the diameter and mechanical characteristics of the reinforcing steel, ensuring perfect straightening.
The mounted shear is equipped with a mechanical quick-release, which ensures that the rebar produced is always at the exact set size.
Double-sided rollers, calibrated to the appropriate size, securely drive the fed rebar, ensuring consistent speed and straightening quality.
The machine has a dust extraction system, which minimizes dust in the rebar shops and improves hygienic and sanitary working conditions.
Different models of the machine allow to work at different speeds depending on the diameters of the reinforcing steel. Ease of use, robustness and quality make the "MIORA" a reliable machine.
