Ribbed bars
The main reinforcement for cast-in-place construction - slabs, columns, beams, foundations. Cut and bent on site.
Ø8 - Ø40 mm · 12 m

Bars, coils, welded mesh, cut-and-bent to drawing, fiberglass rebar and fibres. We keep stock in our warehouse, but everything goes out to order - so the fastest way is to sort it out over the phone.

What we offer
We work with the full range of concrete reinforcement. If you're not sure which form suits your project best, tell us what you're building and we'll point you the right way.

The main reinforcement for cast-in-place construction - slabs, columns, beams, foundations. Cut and bent on site.
Ø8 - Ø40 mm · 12 m

For automatic cutting and bending machines. The length is set by the machine and waste is minimal.
Ø6 - Ø14 mm · in coils

For stirrups, clips, assembly reinforcement and welded structures where the grip of the ribs isn't needed.
by diameter and length

Panels for slabs, floors, polished concrete and retaining walls. Standard mesh sizes or made to your order.
panels and rolls · by mesh size

Cut and bent elements - stirrups, clips, supports, starter bars. They arrive bundled and labelled by bar mark.
to specification

Composite reinforcement Ø8 - Ø12. Doesn't rust, doesn't conduct electricity, four times lighter. For geosystems, embankments and aggressive environments.
Ø8 · Ø10 · Ø12 mm

For dispersed reinforcement of concrete - industrial floors, polished concrete, shotcrete. Instead of, or in addition to, mesh.
in bulk and in bags

Tie wire, rebar tying machines, anchors, spacers and everything else that goes with the reinforcement.

Reference
The data below is a guide for estimating quantities. The specific steel grade and standard for your project are confirmed when you order.
Kilograms per linear metre, linear metres per tonne and weight of a 12 m bar - for diameters from Ø6 to Ø40. Opens in a pop-up so it doesn't lengthen the page.
| Grade | Yield strength | Where it's used |
|---|---|---|
| B500B | 500 N/mm² | The most widely used ribbed reinforcement in cast-in-place construction. |
| B500A | 500 N/mm² | Lower ductility - typical of cold-worked steel, coils and mesh. |
| B500C | 500 N/mm² | Higher ductility requirements - for projects with seismic requirements. |
| AI (plain) | 235 N/mm² | Plain round steel for stirrups, assembly reinforcement and welded details. |
| AIII | ≈ 400 N/mm² | Older designation, still found in welded projects and documentation. |
If your project calls for a specific grade or a specific standard, mention it in your enquiry - it is confirmed before the order is finalised.
Typical panels are about 2.00 × 6.00 m and 2.15 × 6.00 m, with a mesh of 100×100, 150×150 or 200×200 mm and a wire diameter from Ø4 to Ø12. Outside the standard combinations the mesh is made to a specified mesh size and panel size - tell us what the project requires.
Fabrication to design
When you order cut-and-bent rebar, you get finished elements, not metres of steel. No waste is left on site and no man-hours are lost cutting and bending.
You tell us what the project is and what you need. If you have a drawing - even better, but it isn't required to start the conversation.
Reinforcement drawing, bar schedule or a photo of the drawing. We accept PDF, DWG and Excel.
Price per bar mark, total weight in tonnes and lead time. If anything in the specification is unclear, we ask before we cut.
Bundles arrive labelled by bar mark. Unloading is arranged in advance according to site access.

Why us
Who it's for
Regular quantities for cast-in-place projects, with agreed terms and deliveries scheduled by construction stage.
Cut-and-bent to drawing when there's no bending bench on site or no time to cut and bend on site.
House, slab, fence, pool - small quantities where you need exactly as much as the design calls for.
Free consultation
We'll get back to you within the working day. If you're in a hurry, call us - we pick up right away.
☎ 0884 660 030Leave your phone number and we'll call you - the consultation is free and puts you under no obligation. If you already have a specification, describe it: we'll come back with a calculation and a quote within the working day.
Frequently asked questions
We keep the standard diameters in stock. Even so, every order goes through an enquiry - to confirm the quantity, price and lead time for the specific day. Call us and we'll check on the spot.
Rebar is sold by the tonne. If your specification is in linear metres, use the table above or just tell us the metres - we'll convert them in the quote.
Yes, that's the most common call. Tell us what you're building - slab, foundations, fence, warehouse - and the approximate dimensions. From there we tell you which diameters and quantities go into it.
Yes. Send the reinforcement drawing or the bar schedule and you get a quote for finished elements - cut, bent and bundled by bar mark.
All over Bulgaria. Transport is calculated in the quote according to the address and quantity, so you know the final amount in advance.
It depends on the address and on what else we're delivering that way. For small quantities it's sometimes cheaper to collect from our yard. Tell us the project and we'll advise which option works out better.
