Edge trimming machine

The machine makes chamfers up to 40 mm thick on metal plates (steel type 40 kg/mm2) with a width of 12 mm. Motor rotation speed 10 rpm.

The GMS 12 beveling device is designed for cutting both single-sided and double-sided edges of carbon and stainless steel sheet materials, as well as aluminum and its welding alloys. The device can be used both in a desktop version (for processing welding edges of manually fed small and medium workpieces) and in a mobile version (for example, by placing the device directly on the edge of the workpiece without using additional devices, as well as a balancer or an edge processing cart for welding large-sized parts located on the workbench). The construction of the unit provides mechanical feeding of material in stationary and movement of the machine over the workpiece in mobile versions.
