Metal acoustic barriers
Metal acoustic barriers are specially designed to absorb road and railway noise. They are made of steel and aluminum.
Sandwich panels consist of two layers. One is a perforated surface responsible for sound absorption and reflecting the smooth side. Inside the sandwich panel itself there is stone wool, and its thickness depends on the sound insulation requirements of a particular object.
The panels are resistant to gusts of wind. Their big advantage is simple and fast installation.
The structure of load-bearing panels usually consists of steel beams and a reinforced anchor plate.
At the last stage of production, they go through the processes of thermal varnishing and anti-corrosion treatment, which increases their resistance to adverse weather conditions.
