Characteristics of straight-cutting machine

The straightening-cutting machine is designed for automated machining of reinforcing iron up to 16 mm diameter. It works with coil of wire that can reach up to 1550 mm outside diameter and weigh up to 2000 kg. The machine is equipped with a powerful device for unscrewing and straightening the metal, ensuring high productivity and precision. The special cutting mechanism allows to achieve an accuracy of up to ±1 mm in each cut.

Versatility and operating modes

The machine offers the possibility to operate in both manual and automatic mode, making it convenient for different production needs. In automatic mode, it can process and cut workpieces from 0.1 to 99 meters in length, making it extremely versatile for different types of projects. The straightening-cutting module ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the rebar after straightening, maintaining a high operating speed.
