Aluminum profile (box) 80x20x2.0 mm
Rectangular hollow aluminum profile with outer dimensions of 80 × 20 mm and a 2.0 mm wall. This is the thickest wall in the 80x20 range – for structures where the profile carries a higher load, has to stay straight over a longer span or is exposed to impacts.

80x20x2.0 or a thinner wall?
In the same size we also offer 1.2, 1.3 and 1.5 mm walls. The 2.0 mm wall is about 30% heavier than the 1.5 mm one and correspondingly stiffer – choose it for load-bearing frames, longer spans and heavily loaded areas. For light decorative frames a thinner wall is usually enough.
