AUTOMATED HOOK MACHINE

Use

The machine is designed for the production of hooks for fixing aluminium radiators. It processes calibrated round steel with diameter of f6, f8 and f10 mm, performing automatic straightening, cutting, threading and bending.

Capacity

The line offers a drawing speed of up to 70 metres per minute and can produce up to 9999 parts in one cycle. With a thread pumping time of 10 seconds and hook bending of 1.5 seconds, it provides fast and efficient machining.

Technical features

The machine operates with a power of 11.5 kW and a voltage of 380 V, weighing a total of about 1860 kg. The dimensions of the line are 3000x1250x1400 mm, allowing for compact installation and easy maintenance.
