Use
The automatic bar bending machine is designed for automatic pulling, straightening, bending and cutting of rebar up to 10 mm diameter. The machine is particularly suitable for the production of multi-layer reinforcement parts where high precision and efficiency are required.
Range
The machine can process up to 750 workpieces with a length of 1100 mm and five folds in one hour. It supports up to 200 reprogrammable programs and can bend workpieces up to a maximum length of 900 mm, providing precise bend angles of up to 180 degrees.
Technical features
The machine operates with a power of 7.5 kW and a voltage of 380 V, offering a drawing speed of up to 1 m/s and a bending speed of up to 300 degrees per second. With a weight of 2400 kg and compact dimensions, it is easy to integrate into production lines.
