Use
The FW-32 butt-welding machine is designed for welding reinforcing bars with diameters from 6.5 mm to 32 mm. It uses butt welding to provide strong and durable connections of metal elements suitable for construction sites and industrial applications.
Operating modes
The machine offers two modes, manual and semi-automatic, giving flexibility in operation and allowing the operator to choose the optimum setting depending on the task. With a power of 85 kVA and an operating voltage of 380 V, the machine guarantees stable and efficient operation.
Technical features
The FW-32 model can apply a maximum clamping force of 60,000 N and a maximum compressive force of 40,000 N during welding. These parameters ensure high quality welds that are load resistant and suitable for a variety of construction projects.
