Asphalt Reinforcement Geogrid 100/100 kN/m
High-strength geogrid designed to reinforce and improve the performance of asphalt pavements. It is installed as an intermediate reinforcement layer in new road construction or during the rehabilitation of existing asphalt surfaces.
The geogrid helps absorb and redistribute tensile stresses within the asphalt layers. This reduces stress concentrations around existing joints, cracks and locally weakened areas. When correctly designed and installed, it helps delay reflective cracking and improves pavement stability under dynamic traffic loads.
The 100/100 kN/m tensile strength provides balanced reinforcement in both the longitudinal and transverse directions. The 28 × 28 mm mesh size supports effective interaction between the geogrid and the asphalt layers.
Each roll is 1.5 m wide and 100 m long, providing a total coverage of 150 m². The weight of one roll is 64 kg.
Installation must be carried out on a clean, dry, level and properly prepared surface in accordance with the project specification and the prescribed installation method.
