Plastic Cap for Geocell Anchors Ø 8 mm
The Ø8 mm plastic cap is an installation accessory that turns an ordinary straight anchor into a fast and reliable geocell fastener. It is pressed directly onto a Ø8 mm steel or fiberglass anchor, and its functional hook grips the geocell strip and keeps it tensioned.
The cells keep their shape while being filled with gravel, sand or soil — no lifting, sliding or collapsing of the rows. No extra tools are needed.

Installation step by step
- Stretch the geocell into its design position.
- Fit the cap onto the top of the Ø8 mm anchor.
- Hook it over the cell strip.
- Drive the anchor with the cap into the subgrade until the strip is tensioned and pressed down.
- Repeat along the perimeter and across the area, then fill the cells.
How many caps do I need?
One cap per anchor. The number of anchors depends on the load and soil — typically 4 to 8 anchors per square metre, closer at the edges and on slopes.
Frequently asked questions
Are the caps included with the geocells?
No. The caps are separate installation elements and are ordered separately according to the anchor diameter.
Do they fit Ø10 or Ø12 anchors?
This cap is for Ø8 mm anchors. For other diameters please contact us.
Are they suitable for long-term projects?
Yes — the material resists UV, moisture and chemicals, so the cap suits both temporary and permanent sites.
