Sandwich panels are the most practical, widespread, firm and efficient material, that is intended for rapid building of heated constructions. Sandwich panels have three layers structure. Sandwich panels are insulating panels; consist from insulated core inserted between two metal facings. Fiberboard, polyvinylchloride, magnesite panel is used as rigid plates. Polyurethane foam, mineral wool, polystyrene foam, glass fiber, polypropylene can be used as the heated core. Two outer layers of material and the layer of heater inserted between them joined by hot or cold pressing. Depending on purpose, there are two types of sandwich panels: wall panels (facade panel) and roof panels. Metal insulated wall and roof panels are used in the construction of commercial, office and industrial buildings, drying chambers, car washes, warehouses, farm buildings, etc.

Sandwich panels have high insulating properties. Sandwich panels are mainly produced from galvanized steel and heater that provide high insulation. Polyurethane foam (PUR) is usually used as heater (core). Due to light weight of urethane foam, the installation became easy. The cleaning process of surface become considerably simply.
