STRAIGHT - CUTTING MACHINE 12mm ELECTRO-MECHANICAL

Use

The machine is electromechanical and is designed for straightening and cutting rebar up to 12 mm diameter. It works with reels weighing up to 2000 kg and with an outside diameter of up to 1550 mm, making it ideal for construction and production sites.

Functionality

The machine has two modes of operation - manual and automatic. The maximum pulling speed is 108 meters per minute and the cutting accuracy reaches ±1 mm, ensuring high efficiency and precision in the process.

With a power of 20.5 kW and a weight of 1310 kg, the machine is robust and reliable. It includes unwinding, straightening and cutting mechanisms, as well as a material support frame, making operation and maintenance easier.
