Turned welding hinge F16
• Diameter: 16 mm
• Length: 18 mm
Turned hinges are for welding metal doors and shutters, with a higher load and greater weight.
A welded hinge is a detachable hinge of two halves. The lower half with a pin with electrodes or a semi-automatic device is welded to the frame, and the upper half placed on it - to the wing. A reliable and tamper-resistant fastening is obtained.
Usually, hinges for metal doors and gates are made of structural carbon steel (ST-3, ST-20) without heat treatment. No spraying is applied: it will be damaged during welding, in addition, the canopies will be painted in the color of the wing.
